Membership price
Axiward membership is currently offered at $6 USD per month, unless a different price is clearly presented at checkout. Taxes may apply. Founding-price language applies only where expressly stated at enrollment.
Free trial and renewal
Where offered, a 14-day free trial requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically renews at the disclosed monthly price. Checkout displays the amount, billing frequency, trial end, and cancellation method before you enroll.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the “Manage membership” link in Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Contact support for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a billing error; we will review the issue promptly.
Promotional offers
Promotional offers may be limited, expire, be revoked for misuse, and do not create a right to future discounted service. The price, duration, and renewal terms are presented at checkout before enrollment.
