Axiward is operated by Project True Self LLC, doing business as Axiward, a California limited liability company. By creating an account or using Axiward, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and age
The core Axiward service is for people age 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. Users under 18 may not access Community, Circles, direct messaging, accountability rooms, or other social features. We may remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.
A personal-growth tool, not professional care
Axiward supports reflection, values-based planning, and personal organization. It is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, legal, financial, or religious advice, and it does not replace qualified professional help. Do not use Axiward for emergencies or urgent safety concerns. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately.
Your account and content
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of content you submit, such as reflections, visions, goals, and messages. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to operate and improve the service for you.
Do not submit unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, attempt to access another account, disrupt the service, or use Axiward to harass, exploit, or harm anyone.
AI features
Life Guide and planning suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review suggestions critically and make your own decisions. Do not treat AI output as professional advice or a guarantee of outcomes.
Memberships and trials
Paid memberships, trials, renewals, and cancellations are governed by our Subscription, Trial & Refund Policy. Before enrollment, we disclose the price, billing frequency, trial end, and how to cancel.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Axiward at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, safety concerns, fraud, or legal reasons. Account deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limits
Axiward is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular personal result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Axiward in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be posted in the app or sent to you where required. California law governs these Terms, except where local law requires otherwise.
