Information we collect
We collect account details such as username and email; profile and reflection content such as values, goals, vision-board responses, Meaning Path choices, and Life Guide messages; usage information needed to run the service; membership status; and device data required for security, push notifications, and app performance.
When you submit feedback, we collect the report, its type, the page where it arose, and minimal technical context such as viewport size, language, and time zone. You may separately choose to include selected profile context—values, orientation, Meaning Path, and feature-completion state. This option is off by default and does not include reflection text, Vision Board text, task titles, or Life Guide messages.
Some information you choose to provide can be sensitive, including religious or philosophical beliefs, personal reflections, or wellbeing-related context. Please do not provide information you are not comfortable sharing with a service provider.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate you, personalize plans and Life Guide context, provide Community features where eligible, process memberships, keep the service safe, troubleshoot, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
With your optional feedback-context consent, we may have our developers and approved AI-assisted developer tools review that report and selected context to diagnose bugs and evaluate or improve Axiward features. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models. Giving or declining this consent does not affect your access to Axiward.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to run Axiward: Supabase for authentication and data storage; Anthropic for AI generation; Voyage AI for retrieval/embedding where enabled; Stripe for payments; Vercel for hosting; Resend for transactional support email; Firebase for mobile push notifications; and LiveKit for eligible real-time community features. Where you opt into feedback context, approved AI-assisted developer tools may process that selected report/context solely to help us diagnose or improve Axiward. These providers process information only to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and Community
Your personal plans and reflections are private by default. Community sharing is optional and is limited to people and features you intentionally choose. Community features are for adults only. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention and security
We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update much of your profile in Axiward. You can permanently delete your account from Profile; you may also request access, correction, export, help, or withdrawal of optional feedback-context consent by emailing support@axiward.app. We may verify a request before acting. California residents may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of sensitive information; we will honor applicable requests.
Account deletion removes Axiward profile content and cancels an active membership. We may retain or de-identify limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record purposes.
Cookies
Axiward uses essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide consent controls where required.
Children and updates
Axiward is not for children under 13. Users under 18 cannot access social Community features. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
